# Tokenomics

Cronos ID aims to provide a sustainable share of protocol revenue to our token holders 

* 40% shared to Reward Pool stakers 
* 40% allocated to the Ecosystem Treasury 
* 20% used to buyback and burn $CROID 

## $CROID token 

$CROID is the protocol’s main rewards/incentive token. Users can receive $CROID via a few methods: 

1. Staking $CROID into the Rewards Pool 
2. Receiving $CROID rewards by staking $CROID/$VVS tokens on DEXs

## $CROID Allocation 

The total of 500,000,000 (500 million) $CROID tokens will be allocated as follows:
